Mr. Ramji Venkatachari
Founder
Mr. Ramji Venkatachari, is a successful entrepreneur with many years of experience developing innovative IT solutions for the education industry. He has worked closely with school psychologists and other mental health service providers to architect IT systems for them.
Both the founders personally observed the challenges being faced by young adults and college students in this information age, dominated by social media and further complicated by covid-19. They setup this charitable trust in 2024 to “give back to the community” by offering FREE mental health support services through experienced psychological counsellors to young adults who are in college.
Col. Sriram Rajagopalan (Retd.)

Colonel Sriram Rajagopalan joins Dhruti with a distinguished 36-year background of leadership and service in the Indian Army. An Electrical Engineer with an M.Tech in Power Systems from IIT Delhi and a postgraduate diploma in Operational Management from NMIMS Mumbai, Sriram brings exceptional discipline, operational oversight, and a highly strategic perspective to the Board. During his military career, he held critical management appointments, including Chief Engineer, Director of Personnel, and Director of Planning within the Indian Army and the Border Roads Organisation. He has executed projects under Sadhbhavana initiative of the govt, successfully bridging community relations through strategic government welfare measures. Deeply passionate about social service, Sriram provides high-level strategic guidance on the growth and governance of Dhruti's programs. As Dhruti scales, his visionary leadership will be instrumental in expanding our operations to establish a presence in Pune, building local ecosystems, and facilitating vital partnerships with educational institutions and government bodies in the region.
Ms. Vidya Shankar Chakravarthy

Vidya Shankar Chakravarthy is a highly accomplished social entrepreneur, educator, and child rights advocate with over three decades of transformative experience in India's social sector. A Chemical Engineering alumna from A.C. Tech, Anna University, she also holds a PG Diploma in Child Rights Law and international Montessori qualifications. She is the Founder of Awaken To Life, a training and consulting organization, and the author of impactful youth manuals including Sakhi and Help! Can You Hear Us?. Widely recognized for her transformative social work, Vidya is the recipient of the prestigious Manava Seva Dharma Samvardhini Award, the Rotary Vocational Service Award, and has been featured among the '50 Inspiring Women of Chennai'. As a powerful speaker and active strategic compass for Dhruti, Vidya spearheads our marketing initiatives, institutional pitching, and CSR resource advocacy. Her leadership is instrumental in scaling our outreach, breaking down stigmas, and building the vital ecosystem partnerships required to bring Dhruti's mental well-being services to more college campuses.
Dr. K. Niraimathi Anandan

Dr. Niraimathi is a public health and social development professional with over 25 years of experience in applied research, program evaluation, and policy-focused analysis. As the owner of Evidentia Research Solutions and a Director at the Vaishnavi Welfare and Charitable Trust, she has successfully collaborated with government agencies and NGOs on large-scale community initiatives, including the CM Breakfast Scheme evaluation and inclusive needs assessments. At Dhruti, Dr. Niraimathi leverages her deep expertise in research methodology and stakeholder engagement to advise on operational accountability, service quality, and the implementation of robust frameworks to monitor, measure, and continuously improve our social impact.

Viswanathan Jayaraman brings a wealth of fiscal oversight and institutional integrity to Dhruti. Having served as the Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer at Indian Railways, he brings a career defined by rigorous financial management at the highest levels of government infrastructure. Bringing a principled, Gandhian perspective to community service, Mr. Jayaraman advises the Dhruti board on financial governance, ensuring that the Trust maintains the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, compliance, and transparent resource allocation to support sustainable growth.

Chief Psychological Officer
Dr. S. DivyaPrabha, M.Sc., Ph.D is a Counselling Psychologist, ACA Certified Supervisor, and Founder of Steps Foundations. With 16 years of experience, she serves as Chief Psychological Officer at Dhruti Trust and consultant for Presentation Convent Schools. She specializes in child counselling, trauma care, relationship issues, and professional supervision. She conducts workshops on mental health awareness and ethical practices. A strong advocate of ethics and self-care, she mentors young professionals. Her doctoral research focused on internet addiction. Dr. Divya has held leadership roles in CCF, IAPS, and is affiliated with APA, IAAP, and InSPA.

Dr. Sangeetha G, M.Sc., Ph.D a Consultant Psychologist and Life Coach with 16+ years of experience, holds a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from Bharathiar University. She has worked with Apollo Hospitals, Oakridge International School, and The Banyan, and now runs a private practice in Chennai. She specializes in psychotherapy, life coaching, and soft skills training, addressing issues like trauma, addiction, grief, depression, and family counseling. An expert in mental health training, coaching, and mentoring, she is a life member of InSPA and is committed to promoting emotional well-being across all age groups.

Mr. Giridharan Srinivasan brings decades of experience across enterprise technology sales, business consulting, and management education, with a deep, people-centered orientation. As a visiting faculty to undergraduate and MBA students, his classrooms naturally evolved into spaces of mentorship and support, where young adults felt safe to explore challenges around identity, self-worth, anxiety, relationships, and life direction. Aligned deeply with Dhruti’s mission, Giridharan combines organizational leadership with a grounded, compassionate approach to mental wellness. As Director of Operations – Bangalore hub, he is committed to building student-centred, trust-worthy systems of care that are accessible, stigma-free, and rooted in dignity – helping young adults strengthen inner resilience during critical phases of growth and transition.
