Following our impactful wellness center collaboration with the Greater Chennai Corporation, Dhruti Charitable Trust is partnering with the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) to establish a dedicated Mental Health & Wellness Centre and conduct city-wide awareness programs.

We are looking for an energetic and organized Programs Coordinator (Full-Time) to lead on-the-ground project operations in Coimbatore.

Role Overview: 📍 Location: Coimbatore

💼 Position: Full-Time Programs Coordinator

🎯 Focus: Municipal liaison, workshop rollout, center administration, and team logistics

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and administrative logistics at the CCMC Wellness Centre

• Coordinate with Coimbatore Corporation officials and zonal heads to schedule community workshops

• Oversee counselor rosters, session schedules, and helpline coordination

• Maintain program analytics, beneficiary feedback, and monthly reporting

• Drive institutional outreach to colleges and universities across Coimbatore to sign MoUs and schedule on-campus mental health workshops.

• Anchor the expansion of Dhruti’s student well-being programs and youth peer circles across higher-education institutions in the region.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or Management
• 2–3+ years of experience in NGO operations, CSR execution, or public health programs
• Fluency in Tamil and English
• Strong stakeholder coordination and project management capabilities

Following our successful public wellness center model with the Greater Chennai Corporation, Dhruti Charitable Trust is expanding to Coimbatore to launch a dedicated Mental Health & Wellness Centre in partnership with the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC).

We are seeking 2 compassionate and experienced Counselling Psychologists to anchor our clinical and community operations.

Role Overview:

📍 Location: Coimbatore

🗓️ Structure: Hybrid (On-site + Helpline)

• On-site: 2 days/week at the CCMC Wellness Centre.
• Helpline Support: 2 evening shifts/week (5:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Outreach: Facilitating mental well-being workshops across CCMC zonal offices.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Counselling / Clinical / Applied Psychology.
• 2–3+ years of counseling experience.
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• Passion for community outreach and accessible, stigma-free care.

Role: Senior Digital Marketing Associate

As our Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will drive Dhruti’s visibility and engagement efforts by creating and managing compelling content and amplifying our voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Dhruti events and workshops to gather content and reflect our ethos, values, and impact.
• Develop creative ideas for outreach and campaigns tailored for college students.
• Create and publish content on Instagram, Meta, and other platforms with a focus on mental health awareness.
• Follow and engage with mental health influencers and organizations.
• Maintain and update the Dhruti website (including SEO optimization).
• Implement and grow Dhruti’s LinkedIn presence for recruitment and networking.

Commitment

• Average of 20 hours per week

• Flexibility for remote work, but must be available during Chennai’s standard working hours to:

  • Collaborate with Dhruti’s core team
  • Attend in-person college events and field engagements when needed

Ideal Candidate

• Creative thinker and strong content creator
• Proficient in social media tools, scheduling platforms, and basic SEO

Position Details

• Role: Part-Time Counselling Psychologist
• Commitment: 20 hours per week. Availability during Dhruti’s operating hours, 10 am to 10 pm, Weekdays and 8 am to Midnight, Weekends
• Mode: Online individual counselling sessions (tele-counselling via secure platform), with occasional on-site engagement as facilitator of mental well-being workshops conducted in colleges around Chennai
• Remuneration: To be discussed during the interview

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical/Applied) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing counselling support, preferably in online settings
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is required. Fluency in additional Indian languages is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and digital communication skills
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and inclusive practice
