About Dhruti Charitable Trust

Dhruti Charitable Trust is a Chennai-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing mental well-being among college students and young adults. We provide stigma-free mental health services through professional counseling, peer support, awareness programs, and digital solutions.

We are now entering an exciting growth phase (July 2025 – June 2026), with the goal of:

  • Partnering with 25+ colleges in the Chennai region
  • Conducting awareness workshops and outreach programs
  • Expanding our social media and digital presence
  • Launching new programs like Dhruti PEERS and Mental Well-being Champions
  • Strengthening collaborations with research and nonprofit partners

Role: Senior Digital Marketing Associate

As our Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will drive Dhruti’s visibility and engagement efforts by creating and managing compelling content and amplifying our voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend Dhruti events and workshops to gather content and reflect our ethos, values, and impact.
  • Develop creative ideas for outreach and campaigns tailored for college students.
  • Create and publish content on Instagram, Meta, and other platforms with a focus on mental health awareness.
  • Follow and engage with mental health influencers and organizations.
  • Maintain and update the Dhruti website (including SEO optimization).
  • Implement and grow Dhruti’s LinkedIn presence for recruitment and networking.

Commitment

  • Average of 20 hours per week

  • Flexibility for remote work, but must be available during Chennai’s standard working hours to:

    • Collaborate with Dhruti’s core team
    • Attend in-person college events and field engagements when needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about mental health, youth engagement, and nonprofit communication
  • Creative thinker and strong content creator
  • Proficient in social media tools, scheduling platforms, and basic SEO
  • Comfortable working in a mission-driven, startup-like nonprofit environment

Dhruti Charitable Trust is seeking qualified and compassionate Part-Time Counselling Psychologists to join our growing team. Position Details

  • Role: Part-Time Counselling Psychologist
  • Commitment: 20 hours per week. Availability during Dhruti’s operating hours, 10 am to 10 pm, Weekdays and 8 am to Midnight, Weekends
  • Mode: Online individual counselling sessions (tele-counselling via secure platform), with occasional on-site engagement as facilitator of mental well-being workshops conducted in colleges around Chennai
  • Remuneration: To be discussed during the interview
  • Start Date: August 1, 2025

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical/Applied) from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing counselling support, preferably in online settings
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil is required. Fluency in additional Indian languages is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and digital communication skills
  • Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and inclusive practice
