Mental Health Awareness Workshop at Intellect for Mission Samriddhi Sangamam Program
On 15th June 2026, Dhruti Trust conducted the “Mind Hacks: Micro Habits, Massive Impact” workshop at Intellect for the Mission Samriddhi Sangamam Program. Facilitated by Ms. Amirthavarshini M, Counselling Psychologist, Dhruti Trust, the session engaged more than 60 students in understanding the importance of mental well-being and the power of small, consistent habits in fostering personal growth.

Shared self-care strategies and healthy coping mechanisms for everyday challenges.
