Mind Hacks: Micro Habits, Massive Impact – Empowering Students for Mental Wellness

Small changes in daily routines can lead to extraordinary transformations in mental well-being. On July 17, 2026, the Dhruti Trust Mental Wellness Team conducted an interactive workshop titled ‘Mind Hacks: Micro Habits, Massive Impact’ in Chennai, designed to equip students with practical, daily strategies for stress management and emotional resilience.

Led by facilitator Ms. Shalini S, Counselling Psychologist, Dhruti Trust, the event brought together 80+ enthusiastic students from the departments of Psychology, B.A. English (3rd Year), and Catering Science.

Impact & Student Feedback:

  • The response from the student community was overwhelmingly positive!

  • Over 80% rated the workshop quality as “Very Good” or “Outstanding.”

  • Near-Unanimous Recommendation: Almost all participants indicated they would eagerly recommend future workshops to their peers.

“The workshop didn’t just teach us theory—it gave us real, actionable tools we can use every day to manage stress without feeling overwhelmed.”

Conclusion The “Mind Hacks” workshop successfully created a supportive space, encouraged proactive mental healthcare, and left an indelible mark on the students who attended.

At Dhruti, we remain committed to nurturing compassionate, emotionally resilient student communities.
