The Mental Wellness Workshop at St.Peter’s Engineering College received an overwhelmingly positive response from students. Participants found the session highly engaging, particularly valuing insights on understanding mental wellness, coping tools, self-care strategies, and addressing common challenges.
Students shared that the workshop boosted their confidence in managing mental well-being and expressed eagerness to recommend it to peers. While suggestions for improvement were minimal—mainly calling for extended or more detailed sessions—there was a clear interest in continued engagement.
Looking ahead, students showed strong enthusiasm for ongoing mental wellness tips, peer support groups, advanced sessions, and counselor interactions, reflecting a collective commitment to long-term learning and well-being.
