Dhurti Charitable Trust conducted Mental Well-being Workshop at the Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology. The session—led by our Director of Psychological Services, Dr. Sangeetha— introduced evidence-informed tools for stress management, and emotional well being.
The workshop received highly positive feedback from participating students, who found the session both engaging and informative.
Most participants reported feeling more confident about managing their mental well-being after the session and expressed a strong willingness to recommend the workshop to their peers.
Key takeaways included the importance of self-care, managing mental health proactively, and personal insights gained during the session.
While several students felt the workshop was already effective and needed no changes, some suggested incorporating more interactive elements, activities, and practical strategies to further enhance engagement.
